Hello boys and girls. Its time for the reveal of the flicker build noone knows about. This is an alternative to the ROMIRA flicker build, I use both and swap is easy whenever you want a change.




Im way to lazy to make a video. But yes, it does all content t17 100% delirium.

Incase ur charges run out, just use smite on Q and smite until u have a few powercharges up again. Happens sometimes against bosses.


And the Romira flicker, in my opinion is the best, but its a trickster.
Does 200m dps, 300m vaal flicker dps, together does aroun 4-500m dps.
Put on Bronns and you will be doing around 40% more damage, but you lose 50% tankyness.

I think 200m dps is still enough and its the most stable.

THE MERC ITEMS AND SETUP:
I use a lvl 84 STORMHAND with a Sigil of Power and Wrath, if you dont run sigil of power on your merc, make sure to put it in your item somewhere, it gives alot of damage.
We try to buff her survivability with ancestral bond for reflect immunity, poison boots, and as much life regen rate as possible, since they already have high base HP regen. We act as an aurabot for the merc anyway so she will survive it all.

ASSASIN JUST GOT BETTER :
The Deadly Infusion, Ambush and Assassinate, and Noxious Strike Notable Ascendancy Passive Skills have all been removed.
The Mistwalker Notable Ascendancy Passive Skill now grants 100% increased Elusive Effect (previously 50%).
The Unstable Infusion Notable Ascendancy Passive Skill now grants 30% chance to gain a Power Charge on Non-Critical Strike (previously 20%) and 15% chance to gain a Power Charge on Critical Strike (previously 10%).
The Toxic Delivery Notable Ascendancy Passive Skill has Poison you inflict with Critical Strikes deals 20% more Damage (previously 25%), and no longer grants +0.5% to Critical Strike Chance per Poison affecting Enemy, up to +2.0%. It now grants 5% increased Poison Duration for each Poison you have inflicted Recently, up to a maximum of 100%, and Recover 0.5% of Life per Poison affecting Enemies you Kill.
Added a new Notable called Infused Toxins behind Toxic Delivery, which grants All Damage from Hits can Poison.
Added a new Notable called Assassination Style which allows you to choose one of the following two Notables, Knife in the Back or For the Juglar.
Knife in the Back grants 100% more Critical Strike Chance against Enemies that are not on Low Life, +100% to Critical Strike Multiplier against Enemies that are on Low Life, and Critical Strikes have Culling Strike.
For the Jugular grants 100% more Critical Strike Chance against Enemies that are on Low Life, +100% to Critical Strike Multiplier against Enemies that are not on Low Life, and Critical Strikes have Culling Strike.
Opportunistic is now a Notable behind Assassination Style and grants 35% less Damage taken while there are at least two Rare or Unique Enemies nearby (preivously 20% reduced Damage taken).
Following Unstable Infusion is a new Notable called Deathmarked which grants Trigger Level 30 Assassin's Mark on Attack Critical Strike against a Rare or Unique Enemy and you have no Marked Enemy, Mark Skills Cost no Mana, and Marked Enemy cannot Evade Attacks.
Following Unstable Infusion is a new Notable called Mystical Infusion which grants Base Spell Critical Strike Chance of Spells is equal to that of Main Hand Weapon.
Added a new Notable called Shadowed Blood which grants 40% of Physical Damage taken Recouped as Life and Unaffected by Damaging Ailments.

THIS WILL MAKE THE FLICKERING MORE STABLE SO IM SUUUUUPER HYPED ABOUT THIS VERSION. But as a starter, trickster ROMIRA build is the way to go until you reach lvl 100, then you all swap to the this build, which I call the bronns, or the voricci 2.0

Low life: A monster is considered "low life" when its health is below a certain threshold, such as 50% or 33%, depending on the specific game mechanic.

One-shotting: When you one-shot a monster, you are instantly depleting its health from 100% to 0%, which means at the moment the hit lands, it was at full health

If you dont one shot them at full HP, they will be Low HP instantly.

Multistrike hits twice right? Awakend hit 3 times. SO first hit is full hp, second will be low hp. Im not sure how thats calculated since its considered 1 as 1 flicker use. But uncheck the boxes if u want different digits.

But DPS means DAMAGE PER SECOND. during 1 second, this build do 20 attacks, thats 40 flickering with regular multistrike, 60 with awakend multistrike. first 20 count as low life, mid 20 count as normal life, last 20 attacks count as low life. But it all happens during 1 second. So yes, it counts. And you can feel it while you playing aswell. Even T17 100% delirious maps feels like white maps.
