Game crashed and I almost lost the character

Yesterday I thought I'd lost a character.
When I was in an abyss, the game started crashing and experiencing a lot of performance issues.
Luckily, I was able to recover it through local co-op.

Posting so that you are aware of the bug, since most error cases that occur on the PS5 cannot be reported using the system tool.
