Prism of Belief Diamond ( +3 to all Armour Breaker Skills ) NOT WORKING

I have tried this jewel with multiple skills that do armour breaker and it doesn't work with any of them. Please fix!

Come on GGG, been here since beta on POE1. should be a little fix! key word here is ( SKILLS ) now if it said (SKILL) I would not have posted this!
