"Drakeskin Boots" craft

I was crafting a "Drakeskin Boots". I come to part that I have 3 suffix that is "100% increased effect of socketed items , gain deflection rating equal to 22% of evasion rating , 8% reduced movement speed penalty from using skill while moving". (8% reduced movement speed penalty from using skill while moving is from desecrated modifier). and I add 1 exalted orb to have 1 prefix and there were already 3 suffix so the exalted that Im adding to my item has to add first prefix. And It worked as intended I got 3 suffix that I mention earlier and "+88 maximum mana" as my first prefix. And I used "Essence of Hysteria with Omen of sinistral crystallisation" so It'll remove "+88 maximum mana"(only prefix I had) and adds "%30 movement speed" so I can have 3 suffix that I mentioned earlier and %30 movement speed as my new prefix. BUT INSTEAD OF THAT my "100% increased effect socketed items" suffix removed I got some terrible item with (+88 maximum mana , %30 movement speed , gain deflection rating equal to 22% of evasion rating , 8% reduced movement speed penalty from using skill while moving) I think game didnt register that I enabled my "Omen of sinistral exaltation" or some server issue happend because the time I was crafting servers was so bad, can you guys fix my boots because Im not that kind of player that is swimming in divines or something like that. I hope I could explain my problem because that boots was my first investment. ( fixed the wrong part of my complaint )
