Servers Down?

Anyone else having insane issues loading the game right now? My game started lagging about 20 minutes ago during Twisted Domain T3. So I decided to close the game and restart my PC to see if something was causing the lag. I'm now stuck in an over 5 minute load screen into my hideout after selecting my character. Game was working fine half an hour ago.

Finally logged in. Game is basically unplayable. Nothing on my PC has changed from 30 minutes ago. Atlas is now a load screen. Leaving the Atlas puts me in my hideout with the loading cogs covering the entirety of my UI minus my bottom health and skill bars.
