Combat frenzy + Resonance freezing bosses doesnt generate charges

Almost 90%+ of all bosses doesnt give you power charge when freeze them most of the time. Very rarely it generate PC, but it makes classic invoker ice strike barely playable on bosses, needs to be fixes asap

I use hand of Chayula with freezing mark and sniper mark on boss to get charges if that can help.

" If the status applied from the bell AOE to the bosses and normal mobs could give the charges. Not the bell itself. For now, it's unsustainable. |
