Didnt they buff exp gain at higher level?

I remember i saw them writing something about buffing exp gain at higher level a bit but i cant find this in the patch notes anymore. Anyone remember which patch it was? It must be 0.3 but i have read almost the entire patch twice again and i just cant find anything about it anymore.

They added (and buffed) the Untainted Paradise maps and they removed XP loss from boss fights but I don't think they ever did a flat buff.

They talked about that in the Q&A of 0.3s announcement iirc. They didn't really say what they changed, just it would be easier to get to ~95.
