Insane in-game bug with currency!!!

Hello! I've never contacted you before for an item/currency problem before but now I'm baffled! SHOCKED!

I am playing POE 2 and I used an Omen of Whittling with a Perfect Chaos Orb on



but instead it was used on the scepter that was EQUIPPED ON ME AND REMOVED THE GEMS?!!??!?! WHAT KIND OF A BUG IS THIS?!??!?! CAN YOU FIX THIS?!?!?



it removed tier 7 % damage to allies and put fire damage tier 3!?!?!?!??!?!!?!

HOW DID THIS HAPPEN!?!??!?! IT PUSHED THE GEMS OUT AND BROKE MY SCEPTER THAT I PAID 15 DIVINES FOR!!?!?!??!

PLEASE HELP I AM GOING CRAZY HOW DID THAT HAPPEN!?!? WHY DID IT USE IT ON MY EQUIPPED SCEPTER I AM SO CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!!
