Searching reduced movement penalty while using skills

Hopefully you can see my image attached. Searching the affix (Boots desecrate) which reduces penalty while moving shows "increase to penalty while moving" and I am looking for reduced (desecrated).

Sorry i figured something out, but devs don't ignore lol. It seems its a mistype and the search for "increase movement speed penalty" actually shows decrease to movement penalty modifiers. Search works in that aspect, quick fix thanks for the awesome game
