Grim Feast does not work with Sacrifice or Spectres.

Looks like grim feast requires a minion body to function. If the minion body is consumed, or of the minion does not leave a body, then grim feast fails to revive dead minions.

Also, the grim feast remnants are only spawning like 20% to 30% of the time in the same situations.
