Why doesn't the team improve the quality of the server?

I'm a Thai player and I don't understand why the game's servers lag so much after 10 PM, even after changing server countries.

I work during the day, and playing at night is quite frustrating when I encounter this issue at or around the same time every day. Could the team possibly split up the troubleshooting team to handle server service? I love POE2 and would love to play it without any server lag issues at the same time every day.
