[Bug Report ID: #2306208350] "The Grand Quest": Dannig does not offer Runic Book of Knowledge

After reaching the endgame and finding / talking to Dannig in a map, the quest "The Grand Quest" (which was given immediately on starting the endgame) advanced to the objective "Take the Runic Book of Knowledge from Dannig", but neither of Dannig's dialogue options ("Triskelion Flame" and "Logbooks", both in the right column) offer a book item, so the quest cannot be advanced past this point when this objective is presented.

Dannig did offer the book after returning to the hideout, so presumably there should be an additional objective "Talk to Dannig at Ziggurat Refuge" (or "at your Hideout") before the "Take the Runic Book" objective.
