Cast on Ele Ailment - Snap + Inhibitor Support

Hello everyone,
came up with an crazy build idea.
Playing Cast on Ele. Ailment with Snap right now. When I have Infusions active the tooltip doesn't update on Snap. When I socket it without C.o.E.A. I can see the tooltip change when I have infusions.
Is this just a visual-tooltip bug?
