Plummeting Vaal rare finisher effect doesn’t work

I just bought it when it’s on sale. I have no clue what I done wrong. I tried to change the effect on different weapon set 1 and 2. It does the same no effect on rare monsters. I also turned the filter off, once again it doesn’t work, restart and run the game again and it doesn’t work. please tell me how can I solve this, or just make a refund for me plz thx (PS5 platform)

dear GGG maybe you can explain why u selling effects which not work for real money ? Maybe you can explain us how can we get reimburse for those bugged thing ? I did try same thing and nothing work my plummeting mirror effect not work, when my unique effect work perfect
