Ascendency Bug

Completed entire campaign and in early end game. But I got only 2 Ascendency points. I got an ultimatum from Chimera and completed the trial of chaos but did not get my second ascendency point(ultimatum had incription that it will grant ascendency points). Even quest is showing as completed. Because of this not able to get third ascendnecy as well. Completed all three floors in trial of sekhemas with token that clearly said will grant additional points, but not able to get anything.

Any help on this would be great.

I've just got the same problem. As you posted the problem in september, I guess I should start a new character... or stop Path of Exile!
