Weapon Passive Points

I'm stuck on 22 weapon passive points, I've gone through the entire camp and interlude to ensure I didn't miss any and killing any boss as needed. All of my quests are completed as well besides the mapping quests. Does anyone know what I can do to get the last 2 points or am I bricked?
