Finishing all interlude but cannot accest to endgame

Hello,
With my rereoll character, I Just kill the last boss of intrerlude (Zolin and Zelina). All the other interlude are also completed. Unfortunately, I cannot access to endgame. When I try to load a map, There are an error message :
You cannot access endgame content until you have completed the campagn.

I try to going back, in the arena. One of the boss was still alive and atack me. but he has no live, impossible to kill. I try to restart the zone, no combat is possible anymore!

Could you please have a look?

You need to start your first map from The Ziggurat Refuge.

After that you can also use your Map Device from your hideout.

Or don't you have spoken to the Hooded One in Kingsmarch (Act 4), to travel to the Ziggurat Refuge (Quest Siege of Oriath)?

It was not so easy. but i add to return to act 4 to speak to the hooded one. After that I can access. Thank you for the help.

I have a ~similar issue where I've killed zolin and zelena (twice now). the first time i did summon doryani and complete his dialog. however, when i return to kingsmarch, and attempt to speak to the hooded one, he has no quest marker or new dialog options. So I'm stuck??

Do you have checked the World Map, if you have already access to The Ziggurat Refuge? Or what does the quest say?
