POE2....maybe i dont understand how corrupted nexus works...

So I have cleared a corrupted nexus with a t15 6mod map ('clear all rares'), but no nexus boss appeared and the nexus node completely disappeared off of my map. Only the minor corruptd map nodes remained. No atlas passives awarded.

What did I not do correctly?
