Possible Typo in Breach Precursor Tablet.

I'm a non-native English speaker, but isn't it 'Otherworldly,' not 'Otherworldy'? Is that a typo?

And should typos in POE2 be posted in the bug report thread or in the feedback thread? There are typo reports in the POE1 bug report thread, but none for POE2. Personally, I'm a bit confused.
