Dont show "To Level of All Spell Skills" Trade Market even after 0.3.1

The option "To Level of All Spell Skills" is not showing in the Trade Market filter list, only "To Level of All Minion Skills", "To Level of All Melee Skills" and "To Level of All Projectile Skills" appear, a try using website trade but nobody response, best option will be Trade Market but not show.
