Combat Frenzy Spirit Gem

not sure if its a bug or just designed this way but every time i die in maps i have to go in my gem menu and reactivate Combat Frenzy but i don't have to do this with Herald skills as a weekend warrior of POE 2 and just now getting to maps i feel this is detrimental taking time from me actually playing or me forgetting to reactivate and basically nerfing myself until i remember. This really makes no sense and can't think of a good reason for it
