Dying in boss room resets entire map

If you die in a boss room in maps while you have the option to respawn, it will put you in a new map where all contents, monsters, and loot on the ground are removed.

have this one time too. It's the Fungi Boss for me. The whole map become literally empty, except the boss that kill you.
