Cast on crit bugged

Not sure if others are having this issue but cast on crit is constantly breaking for me whenever I load into maps. It keeps stating that no skill is slotted despite there being one and becomes permanently unusable when loading into an area. I figured out that creating a new cast on crit would work only for it to break again upon loading a new map. please fix ggg
