after 0.3.1 Toxic Growth/Plague Bearer

Since version 0.3.1, I feel like one or more of the following has occurred:

Plague Bearer's poison stacking has decreased.
Toxic Growth's damage has been reduced.

When attacking bosses with the same gear as before, Plague Bearer's stacking is noticeably worse.
I don't know what's causing this.
