Unclear affinity for unique charms

In my setup at least, unique charms currently always go to the 'Flasks' stash tab (which is below my 'Unique Collection' stash tab', if that matters).

Since it's kinda unlcear what the intended behaviour is (I'd personally prefer the first one go into the collection and the rest flow over to charms) might we have a config coption for that, or at least make it honor the order in which the tabs are organized?
