Hand of Chayula for applying mark doesn't work properly

Hello,

I have been playing with hand of chayula for mark skills.

I noticed when i change targets to attack often and continuously,

It doesn't apply mark on enemies.

IT has sort of delays.

I have to stop attacking and wait until it applies the mark again.

and it this delay or bug comes back again and again.

Can we check on this?

What I know is that mark skill gems does't have cooldown or any delay with it, especially with hand of chayula.

Yeah, seems to apply damage, kills, and mark only if mob isn't dead.

I'm stuck till it's fixed...

U need more crit chance
