Bug when using lighting warp destroy corpse of boss - well of souls

Hi there, just came across a bug where when using lighting warp on the boss and killing it, its corpse disappear and when fracturing the item and boss revives, the boss is invisible, after dying to it, when resetting the fight, boss appear but no health bar.
