Blood Hound Bugged

GGG, pls fix blood hound and the blood hunt. Blood Hound's mark is just bugged all the way to the max and the blood hunt sometimes deal zero damage and still consume bleeding. There are only a few bleed skills and i am using three of them and two of them dont work. thanks GGG.
