Herald of thunder not showing up

I'm playing Huntress Ritualist and I noticed that my Herald of Thunder skill isn't appearing. It's active, I have enough spirit, I use Lightning Spear, and yet Herald of Thunder doesn't appear on the display or in the animation. My other buffs are normal, only this one has a problem.
