Minion Competing for 1 Display Slot - Graphical Glitch

There is just a graphical glitch where I can't see all the minions I have summoned. I can only see the count of one at a time.

For example, I have 4 spectres that I see, and when I use flame wall to summon SRS, it overwrites that slot in the top left and shows me the SRS count.

Can I not also see how many Spectres + Skele's from Rattling Sceptre I have?

Seems like I should be able to have a tab on all of my minions and which ones are alive.

Also, Pain Offering overwrites all of them when used and I can't see the count of any of my minions.

But it's just graphical nothing gameplay related seems to be affected

Edit: This seems to happen the more acts I complete, Acts 1 seem fine, beyond it's iffy.
