Charge Profusion support is not slotable in "Perfect Timing" skills supported by Perfected Endurance

Gathering Storm is supported by Perfected Endurance. It can generate charges. It should be able to also slot Charge Profusion1/2.

I discovered a workaround. Slotting the Culmination+Chimes Lineage supports makes Gathering Storm eligible for Charge Profusion.
