The Inability for Vilenta's Propulsion and Projectile Acceleration III to not stack isn't fun. Confining the game like this is boring and doesn't allow for creativity. Have Vilenta's have a -20% cast speed modifier, replace the tag to Rapid Casting and let them be stackable.
