[PoE2] Summoned companion does not activate when holding a wand

- Issue: My summoned companion does not activate when my character is equipped with a wand.
- Steps to reproduce:
1. Equip a wand.
2. Summon the companion.
3. The companion does not activate.
- Expected result: The companion should activate regardless of the weapon type.

I have the same issue, hope ggg fix it! its so annoying
