Scrolling Bug

This is a fairly minor bug that has little impact, but it is annoying and this is what early access is for.

I first noticed it looking at my skills screen. I could scroll up and down, then look at the details of each skill. Suddenly, usually after looking at one skill, my scrolling would not longer navigate the skills panel, but only the details page I was on, preventing me from moving back to skills higher on the list. Exiting and reopening the skills screen corrected it.

Today, I had the same issue, instead of being able to zoom out the way I normally would, the mouse scroll wheel seemed stuck to the list of dialogue options I was in. Exiting and restarting chat with that NPC corrected it, again.

To be clear, this occurs no matter where your cursor is positioned, which is what makes it a bug in the first place.

Much like the disappearing dialogue bug, it seems like something is eating away at the stability of the game's UI in little ways. A bit concerning.
