sceptre hybrid spirit/mana mod has no tag

hi there,

i get that the spirit prefix family, which only gives spirit, doesnt have any crafting tag. its fine, really. what tag would you even give that.

however, i DONT get why the hybrid spirit/mana prefix family does not have a mana tag. it literally gives mana.

(unless of course this is really ONLY to prevent target crafting with homogenizing exalteds specifically to make it harder for no other reason than spite. in that case, ignore what i wrote -.-)
