No Loot Drops - Derelict Mansion

Completed the derelict mansion node on the Atlas tree. T14 map, 3 mods. Upon defeating the boss, no loot dropped. Using poison plague pathfinder, the boss died to poison while a bone wall was still up, and the bone wall HP bar showed immediately after the boss died.
