I cant play its not funny

Hello,

I am experiencing a persistent problem with my account and cannot progress into any endgame maps. Every time I try to enter a map, the game disconnects and shows the error message:
"Failed to connect to instance."

Here are the details of what I have tested and done so far:

I tested on two different PCs – the problem happens only with this account, while another account works fine on the same devices.

I already deleted the production_Config.ini file and checked for ShaderCache or minimap data, but those folders do not exist on my system.

The issue still persists no matter what I try.

It looks like my account or character might be stuck in a broken map instance. Could someone from the dev team please investigate this?
