Loading screens and poor performance

Well I just received atrocious customer service being told via email "Hi there,

Thank you for the response and I am sorry that we are not able to help with this directly."

Also told to post on the forum. Well I search the forum and below lists 1000 PAGES of posts of loading screens.

I was told by my recent group there is a post here SOMEWHERE on how to fix loading issues.

My issue is loading screen (worse after changing to Vulkan) and extreme lag and freeezing in my most recent grp.

I just want to be able to group with players much better than myself and learn abit from them....but sometimes the game is unplayable.

Since there are 1000 pages of post could someone post a link, or even better just give me the settings I need to reduce the issue and perhaps get rid of all the crap that slows me down.

SPend 100s of dollars on packs....and told no I cant help directly by support...wish my job was as cushy before I retired.

I just logged in and have NEVER seen it this bad before holy crap. Logging in took almost a minute. Loading my Character too almost a full minute. This is insane. I haven't changed anything. Just logging in to play today.
