Relentless Pursuit Pathfinder Passive

Can y’all please fix the passive. I’m still getting slowed by spider web and temporal spheres around elites. The passive states and I quote “Your speed is unaffected by slows”. Why on earth I’m I getting slowed then? I’ve seen Reddit threads about this since 2024 FIX THE DAMN PASSIVE PLS.
