Divine orbs disapeared when I used currency converter

I used the currency converter to purchase 555ex for 1 div. I had 7-8 Divs in my stash remaining. after waiting for the order to fill, after it filled I tried to do another purchase but it said I was out of currency. All my Divs were gone from my stash. A whole day of farming just disappeared. Please re-instate the divs
