increased projectile speed modifier with a flying spear isn't working on twister?

the tooltip speed modifier with the skill using a flying spear, which carries a 30% increased projectile speed with this weapon, is the same as another spear of a different base. That clearly is a bug?

Also, by testing it with casting the skills with different spears. There appear to be no noticeable differences in projectile speed.

Certainly something is missing
