Buttons randomly stop working

While mapping my buttons on my mouse and keyboard randomly stop working with the exception of WASD. I cant roll, attack, leave the map or do anything and if I happen to be near enemies I cant even get away from them. Even using omens of amelioration dealing with losing 2.5% per map at level 97 is like losing an hour of my time. Please fix.
