game bug act 4 help pls.

In the 4th act of the game, The search mission, I killed the boss(benedictus) but the next visual didn't materialize and the game got stuck in "Confront Kanu and First Herald". I can't move forward.Kanu can not appear and door not going to open. i try last checkpiont but its not worked.
