the trial of the sekhemas

I'm on PS5 and whenever I go to the trial the screen starts glitching. Colors start flashing, and parts of the screen goes black. It only happens when I attempt the trial. I have footage saved on my PS5. I've tried exiting, reloading, and re-downloading the game but I get the same results. I'm going to make another character and work my way to it while I wait for replies, but I'm not confident in the character class being the problem.
