After completing the Expedition, your health and energy shield have decreased!!!

There are no debuffs on the character to reduce health and energy shield!
But the shield has decreased by about 300 and the health has decreased by about 200

I remove all the items from the character, and I have 8 shield. I put on the gloves, which have 60 shield, but I should have 68 shield. However, I only have 53 shield. This happens with all the items when I put them on. There are no skills in the build that reduce the shield. How can I fix this?
