Minion won't spawn properly and soul offering not working

Bug with Minion Spawning and Soul Offering; Resolved by Unequipping Main Hand Weapon

I am experiencing an issue where my minions fail to spawn even though my Spirit reservation is correctly allocated and sufficient. The problem is temporarily fixed by unequipping my main-hand weapon, which allows the minions to spawn. However, after using this workaround, the Soul Offering skill does not generate its buff effect. No visual effect or stat increase occurs when the skill is used.
