Unending Delirium

After starting the mirror of delirium I had a soft-lock half way through where the game looks like it's going to crash at 0 frames. Logged-out to character select, then log back in (something that works every time with only the loss of the minimap on re-logging)

Delirium and map come back as normal but the delirium never ends, even after clearing map, meaning no reward drops.
