I can't get out of the shelter

At level 16, using 2, the character made a deal to purchase an item through instant redemption. Then he pressed the "return to shelter" button. I was transported to the shelter. BUT nothing works - no hiding place, no NPC, no movement, no teleporter. How do I get back to Ogam Castle?
