3 Slot Machination shield issues

I am just returning to the game after quitting in Dawn of the Hunt.

I wanted to get in and see if the game is worth returning to play so I tossed on my machination to get a feel for the new mechanics, and when I got my warrior setup I had 4300 life and 1000 energy shield, so I tossed on my machination expecting my life to jump to around 5500-6000 + 1k energy shield.

The machination is not affecting my maximum life anymore... I had my friend test this and both of us ran into the same issues.


I also looked at my boots and the health 2 % soul core is bugged and not displaying there so I actually have 2 bugs.

The boots I cannot tell if the 2 % maximum life soul core is still working since they removed the enchant from the boots so the white implicit line for runes is gone off my boots and I cannot tell see the maximum 2 % life displayed correctly and I have a massive life roll on my boots.
