Unable to see and write in chat.

Hi, Ive tried for a couple days now to write in the trade chat and it isnt working. friends wont see it and Im unable to see the trade chat at all. I tried to fix it by going in my option restating the game and everything else but it wont fix it. please I need your helpp it is messing my game experience.
